Don't let Bed Bugs Ruin Your Vacation

The last thing most of us in NYC think about when planning a vacation is having bed bugs in our hotel room. It's a good idea to check and see if a hotel has been infested with bed bugs before you book it. I would suggest a simple Google search of your hotel using the terms bed bugs or bedbugs. Travel websites such as TripAdvisor.com have forums for people to leave comments and many times they will leave posts in regards to bedbugs. Any mention of infestation should be enough warning not to book a room there. Taking a few minutes to check it out is well worth it. If you happen to stay in a bedbug infested room, you are very likely to transport them back and wind up with NYC bed bugs in your own home.
